Restrictions on the Use of SpellServer

Because SpellServer is a DLL, it can be used from a variety of environments.  If you wish to redistribute SpellServer with your application, you may, provided that the license key value is not exposed to any user of your application.  The LicenseKey is a serial number that you will get when you purchase SpellServer.  It must remain private to your project team.

Therefore, if you create a compiled program that uses SpellServer, and the value of the LicenseKey property is embedded in your compiled program, that would be a valid use of SpellServer.  On the other hand, if your application consists of a series of web pages that can be read by the users of your application, and the value of the LicenseKey property is included in one or more of these pages, that would be a clear violation of your software license.

The value of the LicenseKey property must remain private and hidden from any users of your software.  Failure to ensure this constitutes a violation of your software license.
